All membership upgrade requests must be completed in writing using the relevant form, with a minimum of four (4) business days’ notice.

Terms & Conditions

- Addictive Pole Fitness will change all remaining direct debits on your current contract to the amount specified in New Membership drop-down window on the membership upgrade form. For example: if you are upgrading from a starter to addicted, you agree to pay the amount of the addicted membership for the rest of the current term (your current membership period). - Your new membership will remain in place until you cancel your downgrade your membership. - You give Addictive Pole Fitness permission to update your direct debit payments to reflect the amount of my new membership level. - You understand that your upgrade will not take effect until your following direct debit.
