How to book your pole dancing class
Looking for other how-to guides? Check out our Student How-Tos Page. Here you will only find guides on how to book a service at Addictive Pole Fitness.
Free Trial Class
Our trial classes are small to ensure you get the best experience. It is a great opportunity to meet the team, see the studio and even try some tricks! You will be surprised what you can achieve on your first day.
Level Assessment
Level assessments are a 30 min session with one of our team members to see which level you should start your APF journey in. Our level assessments look at what you can do confidently (on both sides). Due to the limited time in this session, no new tricks will be taught during this time.
Series Class
A Series Class is how you progress and level up your pole fitness!
Whether you start at the Beginner level or are in the Advanced level, the instructor in your Series Class will help you learn new tricks and/or build on your existing pole skills. Generally, you will commit yourself to one Series Class each term and we will always provide you with a pole in your Series Class. It is recommended that you commit to your Series Class for the entire term, to ensure you get the most out of the classes.
NOTE: No new enrolments to series classes after week 2 of each term.
Drop-In
A drop-in class equals zero commitment and 100% fun!
Change your drop-in classes from week to week, to build your own pole journey. Drop-in classes generally focus on a particular area of pole dancing. For example, Tricks focuses on different pole tricks and Choreo on dancing. The content covered in drop-in classes changes each week, ensuring you never get bored! Book these classes 2 days prior to the start time, via the APF app or MindBody app. We recommend you try a variety of them to see which you like most.
Private Lesson
Private lessons are all about YOU!
Your private lesson will be tailored to you and your needs. Once booked your instructor will reach out and discuss with you what you would like to work on/achieve in your private lesson. This can be anything you choose.
For example some ideas for a private lesson:
Assistance to start or finish a routine
Feedback on a competition routine
Pole or Floorwork
Targeted trick troubleshooting
Personalised strength and conditioning
Smaller environment to ask your questions and have the instructor’s undivided attention
Loved a drop-in class routine and want to learn it/revisit it?
