Take a moment to pause and celebrate you! The hardest part of starting your pole dancing journey is to book the first class and walk through the door. You are halfway there and we are here to support you the entire way. Our entire team have been where you are, so know we got you 💖

What do I wear?

“Active Wear” is always best! You do require skin to grip the pole, so we highly recommend shorts, a comfortable shirt, and we dance barefoot, so don’t stress about shoes. Check out our video for ideas on what to wear.

What can I expect in my Trial Class?

When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our receptionists, please feel free to ask them any questions as you need to feel comfortable. We have changing facilities and a bathroom onsite. Once all new pole sisters have arrived, your Instructor will give you a tour of the studio and take into your class. The trial will start with a short warm-up and some cool pole tricks. This could include a climb, spin, or sit! After you have nailed your first pole trick, you will complete a cool down and return to reception. Here you will be able to ask plenty more questions, see the timetable and even join our sisterhood if you are ready 😉
