Addictive Pole Fitness is looking for an experienced Pole Dancing Instructor who’s not only skilled at teaching pole dancing but dedicated to fostering a supportive and exciting environment. Role Summary

As an Instructor at Addictive Pole Fitness, you’re accountable for producing exceptional results that go beyond just teaching. Your goal is to keep our customers happy and inspired by conducting high-quality, organised, fun, and safe classes. You’ll play an integral role in our mission to change the lives of as many women as possible, building confidence, strength, and community in a positive fitness environment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Lead engaging, fitness-focused classes. This can be a mix of level classes and drop-ins

  • Ensure classes run on time and workplace health and safety protocols are met for each shift

  • Maintain timely communication with students through our private Facebook page (where applicable)

  • Celebrate students’ achievements

  • Maintain high standards of customer service, fostering a welcoming, friendly environment that keeps our members coming back for more

Location & Hours

  • This a casual position and requires 1-3 night/day availability. Between Sunday-Friday evenings or Monday, Friday and Saturday mornings

  • Evening shifts will start generally be either 5pm-9pm or 6pm-9pm

  • Shifts are available at our Underwood and Springfield locations. Being able available for both is a bonus

  • Payment is above the Fitness Award Wage

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experienced pole dancing instructors who are skilled in creating a positive, supportive, and safe learning atmosphere. Minimum 1 year teaching experience.

  • Certificate III or IV in Fitness or Pole-related qualification.

  • First Aid and CPR Certificate.

  • A commitment to following the class curriculum to deliver consistent, high-quality instruction.

  • An individual with strong organisational skills who can complete timesheets, report any issues, and ensure the studio is clean and ready for the next class.

  • A team player who loves the Addictive Pole Fitness brand, is upbeat, positive, and respectful to all clients and colleagues.
