Drop-In Pole Dancing Classes
A drop-in class equals zero commitment and 100% fun!
Change your drop-in classes weekly to build your unique pole journey. Drop-in classes generally focus on a particular area of pole dancing. For example, Tricks focuses on tricks and Choreo on dancing. The content covered in drop-in classes changes each week, ensuring you never get bored! Book these classes from 6am Monday for the upcoming week, via the APF app or MindBody app. We recommend you try a variety of them to see which you like most.
Flexxy Classes
Our Flexxy classes will help you work towards your flexibility goals, whether you just want to be able to touch your toes, or you are ready to try oversplits or backbends!

Strength Classes
We offer a range of Strength classes at APF. These include handstands, HIIT, pole conditioning, yoga or pilates! Our strength classes are designed to complement your pole training and journey. NOTE: refer to the app for a description of individual classes.
Choreo Classes
Choreo is a fun class where each week you will dance to a different song…and yes we take requests! The class focuses on keeping you moving for a great workout, with some tricks and combos thrown in for something new to try. We offer many variations, which can include Sensual Flow, Beginner Flow, Sexy Fundamentals, Choreo (Floor), Pole-Esque, Twerk, Heels or Choreo (DIY).
Tricks Classes
Tricks class is all about the spins, lifts and tricks of pole! Get tips to help you nail a trick you have been working on or try something new. You will often find out tricks classes are split into levels to help you get the most out of your training. Tricks classes on the timetable may include combos, fundamentals, clinic, base and floorwork.
